I've got into the swing of this posting on a Sunday thing now. (By which I mean I do them earlier in the week and pre-schedule...)
We've had some beautifully unseasonable weather this week so rather than continuing to practice drawing the people I can see through my windows, I went and sat in the park.
You'd think that would be easier, but people are very wriggly when they don't know you're trying to use them as models!
I know what you mean about wriggly people but I have to say it's worse when they notice you're drawing them and they sit still instead. A guy on the Tube spotted me once and froze ... in exactly the wrong position. He was clearly trying to pretend he wasn't posing so I didn't really feel I could say anything. I gave up and drew someone else instead!
